You remove the PRINT HEAD????? DID YOU FOLLOW THE Service manual????????? Well you caused your own problem now you need to do a alignment. of the colors. you also might check the ribbon cable you removed and all the connectors you played with and check each one is secured. Recommend you don't ever remove the print head which houses the LASER unless you follow the service manual. Well you need to get to service mode and run registration procedures. try this site for a service manual or better yey have tech come out and run the required checks.

P21 & P8 are errors of yellow drum cartridge, replace yellow cartridge.
