I have a BIzhub 420 and it has been working fine so far. Now suddenly we can't scan any job for more than 5 pages. The log message in Scan shows error "Server Disk Full". How can we fix this problem? We don't have HDD. This maybe related to memory that it's full. I can not find the "Tech Rep Mode" in screen. Can you pls advise?

CAUSE: Machine memory is corrupt and the max out time needs to be increased.

SOLUTION: Perform a Data Clear:
1. Enter the Tech Rep mode.
2. Press System 1.
3. Press Initialization.
4. Press Data Clear.
Also browse to the NIC, enter Admin mode and set the connection timeout for E-mail to 300 seconds.

SOURCE: KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C350 WITH ERROR CODE C0960

Check your bypass tray, the tray is on the right side of the machine, the tray flips out for legal and 11x17 paper sizes. Check that there is nothing jamed inside, code says that the tray can't lift. so check for anything jamed inside down there. As to reset the code open then close the front door where you put the toner. Turning the machine on and off will not reset the code. but open and closing the front door will clear about 80% of the service codes.

What does server disk full mean? And how do i fix it?

The server stores everything that is on your PC or any other PC that is connected to it. You need to clean it out. IE/ Delete all old files in the trash, temp files etc etc. The server disc full means that there is no room left on the hard drive for more data to be stored. If you are not sure what to delete, get someone who has a bit of PC knowledge because If you delete system or program files, the server will crash next time you reboot it, or some programs may not work correctly. Hope this helps.
