I have a goodmans flat lcd tv with built in freeview, i have recently had i new arial put up since my tv couldnt pick up a digital signal, i still cannt pick digital up, the guy who fit my arial said i might have a faulty transmiter in my tv, what would i have to do ?
The Antenna may be in a weak signal area heres a quick cheap fix
Get a Freeview Box and connect it via SCART LEAD to your tv, if the Box picks up a good signal then your tuner may be very weak..
You may want to try a BOOSTER to the TV first, and if that fails go with an external freeview. My neighbor has a 42 and the freeview box WITHOUT an antenna attached resolves all the channels..so give that a try. I have a goodmans too with a slow tuner and I have to retune it sometimes even though it gets a good signal from the antenna. I will be getting an external tuner freeveiw box.
