I own a Kodak 5300 AiO printer. After prolongued frustration I managed to get a USB 2.0 Adapter (Sold only by Kodak, and not available in Canada), and now I need help to install it. I tried setting it up for my Toshiba Sattelite L300D-06N Laptop (Windows 7) but was advised that Bluetooth does not work with the printer with that adapter. MS solutions has been unable to offer solutions. Can you help?

Download and install the new software and printer firmware from kodak.com (link below - firmware and software is the same for all the 5000 units). Do not use the CD, and Uninstall all previous versions before installing the new software you download from the site.

uh, oh yea,
well install your sticks!
your computer may only need one stick because your printer is bluetooth enabled (unless your the sticks say that you need two.)
1) turn on the printer
2) plug the sticks into your computer.
3) with your bluetooth software find the printer.(look for your printer name, or somthing that resembles a shorter version of its name.)
4) connect to the printer and print your photos
I don't know what software you are using but usually their is a "step one, two", or more that the software may have but again I don't know what you use.

if there is a paper jam then open the rear access door and look for any paper or piece of paper stuck in there if not then try and roll the roller slowly to check for paper jam........if you still cannot find the paper then open the front access door as if you are trying to replace the ink cartridges and look inside if you can see any paper stuck in there or not........if still no paper restart the printer after 30 seconds and check if still getting paper jam or not............if yes then contact Kodak tech support.......
