Time in the small digital window and the analog hands does not match. The watch ran down due to no light for an extended period. I did a reset and the watch is now operating but the time displayed by the anlog hands is 10 minutes faster than the time displayed in the small digital window. Ditigal time is correct, analog time is not.
I do not know the make of your watch but since most watches will have similar operation, with a little experimenting you should be able to find out how to align the hands by following the method used on my watch (I had the same problem). Press the mode button and observe the abbreviated labels that appear. On mine about four settings in was one that was "HS" -hand setting! I was then able to use one of the other buttons to advance or ****** the hands as required. It may take some experimenting but have patience, there are a limited number of alternatives to try!I do not know the make of your watch but since most watches will have similar operation, with a little experimenting you should be able to find out how to align the hands by following the method used on my watch (I had the same problem). The hands are driven by the digital. It seems to me you have the wrong digital city. Please review the setting instructions for your Skyhawk at: http://www.citizenwatch.com/
Hi, You can try to so the synchronization to match the digital time and the analog hands. here are the step by step procedure including visuals, click on the link. I hope this will resolve your issue. Thank you for choosing Fixya.
The digital timepiece on a watch is set using the function buttons on the outer part of the watch face. To set the digital time, press and hold the upper left button until the seconds starts blinking. Press the lower right button to reset the seconds to "00."
Push the lower left button to move to the Daylight Savings Time portion of the watch. Use the lower right button to toggle between "On" and "OFF."
Press the lower left button twice. The hours unit will start blinking. To advance the hour, press the lower right button repeatedly until the correct hour is displayed. If you need to move the hours unit backwards, press the middle right button until the correct hour is displayed. When the hour is set, press the lower left button to switch to minutes, and use the same commands to change the minutes unit.
After the time is set, press the upper left button to exit the digital time setting function.
Setting Analog Time
You may find after setting the digital timepiece that the analog display does not match. When this occurs, you need to set the analog time. To set the analog time, press the lower left button 6 times. Next, press and hold the upper left button until the digital time starts to blink. This indicates that you are in analog time setting mode.
Analog time adjustment is completed using the lower right button. Every time you press the button, the analog time will advance 20 seconds. If you need to make a big change to the analog time, press and hold the lower right button to make the hands move faster. Once the analog time is set, press the upper left button to exit the analog time setting mode.
mcdevito75 here, Most likely the digital part of your watch is for thetime in your time zone while the analog (hands) time is for a different time zone, (Lodon / New York) visit a small watch repair shop in your area for details.
Looking at your watch face: the upper left button is A, upper right is B, lower left is C and lower right is D.
Get your watch into "Hand Setting mode" That is the mode witht he digital time and seconds above it.
From Day and Date window it would mean pushing button "C" six times to get to that mode.
Once in "Hand Setting Mode"
Hold down button "A" til time blinks, then press button "D" to advance the hands, to the desired time.

This problem may be due to your analog hands being improperly zeroed. To find out, try this:
1. Put the watch in chronograph mode by rotating the crowon in its normal position to "chr"
2. Pull out the crown two clicks. This should cause all of the hands to point to zero. If you do this and your minute hand points to 1 o'clock, or five minutes, you will know that this is the problem.
If this is the problem, you can can correct it by zeroing the hands as follows:
1. Put the watch in chronograph mode by rotating the crowon in its normal position to "chr"
2. Pull out the crown two clicks. This should cause all of the hands to point to zero, or close to it. You should also notice the letters "HR" in the lefthand digital display. This allows you to move the hour hand by rotating the crown. If the hour hand is not pointing at 12 o'clock, rotate it so that it does.
3. Push the top button once. The letters "MIN" should appear in the lefthand digital display. This allows you to move the minute hand on the large dial, and the minute and hour hands on the small UTC dial. Rotate the crown so that the minute hand points directly to 12 o'clock.
4. Push the top button again. The letters "SEC" should appear in the lefthand digital display. Rotate the crown to point the second hand directly at 12 o'clock.
5. Push the crown back into its normal position. Set the digiatl time and date in your tie zone, and your analog hands should match the digital read-out.
If the zeroing of the hands is not the problem, I don't know what is wrong with the watch.
I do not know the make of your watch but since most watches will have similar operation, with a little experimenting you should be able to find out how to align the hands by following the method used on my watch (I had the same problem).
