do a manual receive procedure if you don't have the manual here's the procedure: 1-place the watch near the window (try to be on a clear area), the watch must be stable and the 12 o'clock side facing the window 2- press the D button for 2s untill the watch beeps 3- release the D button a message RC will be displayed 4-it take from 2 to 5 min to the signal to be acquired
When out of broadcast range for a time signal, the online manual procedure works for me: http://www2.casio.co.jp/manual_pdf/wat/en/pdf_search.php?MODULE=2608&submit.x=39&submit.y=11
When the logo is not shown in the bottom corner, the watch hasn't got a signal yet. put your watch on a window sill, and hold the Forward buton until the watch says GET! Form there, the watch will either display ERROR, if it couldn't find a signal, or will have the latest and most accurate time. The watch is also probably set up for auto detect, which is best. To do auto detect, before going to bed, the watch will try to get a signal from 12 midnight, to 5 in the morning.
Did you go to Casio and download the manual? I just did after my battery change and I hoping it updates tonight at 2,3, or 5am with my watch in the window.

seems pretty extensive.
you either need to set your time manually if you are not automatically receiving the atomic signal. if you are receiving the signal, then either you are not in auto DST mode or your home city is set incorrectly.
