How can I rest the admin password on Bizhub c250

Still having trouble..if default password didnt work for you then try reseting it to default password by:
1) Utility/Counter
2) Details
3) press STOP zero zero + STOP zero one
and now your in Tech Mode
4) same page press STOP + Zero + C
5) modify admin password and retype and then exit
6) do not DO NOT touch any other options unless you know what your doing..you can lock the machine and would be able to work..rate if this helped you out

A technician can reset it back to default generally 12345678 or 00000000

You can alter the admin password in the Utility/Counter button section.
If you have LOST the admin password then you need to have the board sent to Konica Minolta to reset it. There is NO WAY for a technician to find and reset the admin password (legally).
