You may have a drain hose cyphoning out the water. Make sure you have a air gap in the drain between the hose and the drain pipe and make sure the drain hose is higher than the tub of the washer. If this is clear you may have one of the following. Either a bad water level switch or a bad inlet valve. To find out if the water valve is bad while the water is pouring in unplug the machine and see if the water stops. If the water stops the valve is fine. If the water continues to flow you will need a new valve. If the water stops then you will need a water level switch. Let me know what happens and I will be happy to help.
