Wire colours are as follows:
Left Controls
Orange/white = accessory power
Blue = Headlight Power
Yellow = Low Beam
White = High Beam
White/Purple = indicator left
Yellow/Black = Horn
Black/Red = Clutch Lockout
Black = Ground
Grey/Green + Green/Blue + Pink/White + Brown/Black = Radio Control
Orange/Black + Purple/Black = PTT and squelch
Right Controls
Orange/white = accessory power
White/Brown = Indicator right
Red/Yellow = Stop Lamp
Grey = Ignition Power
White/Black = Run Switch
Black/Red = Starter Switch
Blue/Black + White/Blue = Cruise Control
Brown/Black + Pink/White + Grey/White + Brown/White = Radio Function
Should be correct. Maybe it power supply problems.
Have you verify that the line you connected are receiving power on both hot legs ( Red and Black) and that neutral White wire) is actually connected to ground? Use a voltage meter and ohm meter to to do your tests.
You can't see if a cap is good or bad jus looking at them they have to be measured>They loose their capacitance because they dry overtime. I do sugest that you replace you power supply module or replace all caps.Possibily you may have a broken line in the PCB
I am assuming you still have both motors, if you look on the side they will show you what wires go to what. Your Brown/white should be for the capicator. blk should be blk, blu might be white and red be red. I couldn't really say for certain with out looking at the diagram on the side of the motors. I hope this helped Tim
Disconnect all wires to start.
1)Go out to unit shut off power and remove electircal panel.
2) Locate the terminal board where thermostat wires are connected. Write down where each color goes to
each letter and then try to do this at the thermostat.
R= Red wire= Power
G= Green Wire= Fan Leg
W or W1= White Wire= Heat Leg
Y1 or Y2= Blue or Yellow Wire= Cool Leg
C=Brown or Black or Orange= Common if used

Hope this helps. Please rate my response. Thanks. Have a good day.
if you have a purple/brown/black wire combination the black/brown go to the two hot legs and the purple has the capacitor on it back to one of the power legs
