If you are using a 6cm paper to print that is smaller than a A4 size paper.

do a check when you print did you select the correct paper size. as wrong paper size is print will course paper jam too.

you may check on this issue by opening the back door, pull out paper tray take out the toner block (OPC) and see is there any paper really cought jam.

next examing the noise is from the front or near the back end.

if is from the front. took out the black toner to confirm is the issue from the black toner.

if from the back. Than it will be your DEV Main drive n Fuser gear has already worn out.

you clean your printer drum unit wast ink poder drum open and wast ink

go to samsung website,download smartpanel to your pc,will tell whats wrong.

this printer only supports up to 120gsm paper,any thing thicker will get jamming errors

Time to change the paper pick rollers located in the tray, above the tray on an arm, or any combination of these locations.

Check if a piece of paper is still left from the paper jam. Sometimes pieces of paper get stuck behind the feeder roller if the paper is torn while removing the jammed paper

Someone suggested to empty the gray toner waste container located on the left side of the printer next to the cartridges. Be careful when emptying this as toner can make a real mess. Clean up with toilet paper or paper towel - not water!

Easy fix and this fixed mine like a charm. No need to send the unit in!

Try taking the imaging unit out (as per instructions in the manual) dusting around in the cavity and putting it back in again.

Section one is usually the bypass ( the front tray that you have to open the door)
