Missing left edge

When I print E-mail from Outlook Express, message header prints correctly, but in message body on every row is missing 1 millimeter on left edge (about 1/3 character width). It looks like letter position is out of margin on left side. Printer is 2 weeks old and printed about 300 pages without any problem, but we did not print mails before. OS is XP-sp2 and factory drivers from package.
