We have a Bizhub 250 that was scanning to email fine till a couple days ago. It is not deleting the scan due to error. It says the error is a "login error" under the scanner job history. The email addresses for the recipient is correct. The ip address is correct and the address for the internet connection is correct. need help!
We are using a BizHub C252 for network printing and scan to email.
If you are scaning to email and you get a login error is because the email account used in the C252 has either been disabled or the password has changed.
Try re-entering user name and password or try a different user name and password for email account saved in the machine.
Change your account information from external to internal, i.e. yourmaildomain.com to yourADdomain.local. Change on the scan account as well as the email addresses.
