Programme for synthetics, temperature 40degrees, 900 spin all selected and lighting up on panel. time of 1.16 is also displayed. The door is closed yet the light is not on and the start/pause button also wont light.
The washing programme wont start, the reset button when selected only displays error. Have tried: unplugging machine, emptying filter, checking door is closed properly and nothing is caught in door seal. Any more suggestions? HELP PLEASE!
The error message "Err" usually indicates that the wash program and option are not compatible. 40 degrees and 900 rpm Spin should be o.k.. I would try another wash program with no special options and see if the problem goes away.

the error displayed is ERR when any button is pressed...what does this mean
machine was just finishing a wash and the electricity went off so when the electricity came back on i put another wash on but when i tryed to start the wash it kept saying ERR . how do i fix this

Hotpoint Ultima Washing machine WMD9692 changed language and having tried to reset it to English have now lost all visible signs on the LED DISPLAY AND THE PAUSE BUTTON IS FLASHING
every attempt to start brings on the door and spin light and machine wont work
