When the camcorder is switched ON, display indicates in red "Please re-operate after pushing reset button". Once reset is operated, camera turns off for about 3-4 secs then turns back on with "To Service" dipslayed in red.
Power LED flashes during above operation. Camera will automactically urn off after a further 15 secs and flashing powe LED will also extinguish.
This means you need to get it serviced, because it has detected a fault or error.

You will need a firewire card in your PC and firewire cable to connect your camera to the PC. you will also need a software like Windows movie maker which can help you to transfer videos from your camera to the PC.
