Just a long shot - it may be the water inlet filter is blocked? normally there is a little mesh filter in the hose that screws onto the back - check that its not full of crap. This happened to me only a few weeks ago hope its as simple as that for you.
It sounds as if your water valve is either clogged or the solenoid is stuck and not letting any water in. Here is a checklist of things you should do to help isolate the problem: 1) check to make sure the water is on 2) turn the water off and remove the water lines and verify that both the lines and the screens on the valve are clear of debris, calcium, etc. 3) take the top off the machine where you can actually see the valve, turn the machine on and see if the vavle is the humming noise that you are hearing. If so and no water is coming out then the valve is bad.
do you hear any humming when it asks for water? do you have flood stop hoses? if you have flood stop hoses take them off this could be your problem. sounds like the unit thinks its full of water if it only washes and spins sounds like you have a bad pressure switch. this should be a covered repair if the unit is brand new. let me know if you have any other questions
its not the filter problem.the motor is faulty and that needs replacement.
you can get motor at

to avoid circuit board damage do not try to on the machine again n again till the motor gets replaced as it can short circuit the main board too.
Its humming when draining not filling.
