My invoices are now printing on two pages. The invoice information on one page and the comment and total on the second page. I am not even using half of the first page for invoice information

you need to change the paper size or font size in the software that creates the printout. if you can, do a print preview before you print to see if its going to try and print to one page
After you win an item, use the Pay Now button to pay your seller. Once you win an item, the Pay Now button appears:

in My eBay
in your confirmation email
When you click the Pay Now button,your payment details will usually be automatically calculated for you.These details will match the shipping and handling, tax, and multiplepurchase discounts in the listing below the item description.
If the payment details aren’t available, or the totals don’t seem accurate, here's what to do:
Reviewthe item description and any emails you've received from the seller. Ifthe seller specified shipping costs in the item description or sent youshipping costs by email, you can manually enter this information on theReview Your Purchase page after you click the Pay Now button.
If you still don't have the information you need, click the Request total from sellerlink next to the seller's user ID. After you request the total, theseller can send you a new invoice that includes the correct paymentinformation.
When the seller sends your invoice, click the Pay Now button in the invoice to see your updated total.
Set the page length at the printer's settings according to the real page length. If your paper is punched on it's sides, you can compute the real length knowing that the punches are 1/2 inch each other (or you can simply measure it). For more details, please specify the type of software you are using (ms-dos, windows, etc).

Bulk Printing (Selling Manager Pro)
Selling Manager Pro subscribers can print as many as 200 invoices or shipping
labels at one time from the Sold View. To print multiple invoices and shipping labels:
In the Sold View, check the box next to the listings that you want to print
invoices or shipping labels for and click the Print button.
To select all of your Sold items, check the box in the heading bar above
the list of sold items
From the Print page, select the printout you want, and click the Continue button.
In the pop-up window that appears, use the scroll bar to preview each of the
pages that will be printed.
Once you are satisfied with how the pages will look, click the Print button in the browser window.
If you need to edit information for a specific page, go the corresponding
sales record. When you are finished updating the sales record, save your
changes. Your changes will be reflected the next time you print.

Press the select button so light would go off than press 2 buttons marked menu than press print,this will print out the menu settings .When done press the group button till rear group prints than press item till page lenght prints,now press the set button till the desired page length is reached,than press exit button to save setting and exit from menu.Power off the printer then power back on should be ok .Hope this helps.
