No update bios found for p4i45d bios 1.20

Hello use auto detect here to find the right mainboard:

Download asus update, this is the easyest program to upgrade the bios, while windows is running.

Install first asus update:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-Tweak/ASUS-Update-Utility.shtml

When the mainboard is found, select download, and select your windows system.
Open the bios folder, and download the latest bios version.
Unzip the bios file.
Run asus update, and select update bios from file, and select the bios file, in the folder you just have downloaded ( the bin file )

Be very carefull when you upgrade the bios, because a power loss will damage the mainboard, while the upgrade process is running.

You also have to setup the bios settings, when the job is done.
You have to select F1 or F2 to enter the settings.

Try replacing the CMOS battery.

The bios should update when you install the latest NVidia drivers, which are located here. Have a great day

Could be that the bios itself is corrupted, You could try reloading that latest bios. Update the BIOS using flash from OS. link: http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/thinkcentre_bios/24jy55usa.exe

Go there and see if anyone olf those work.

if it is the ram you should hear continuas beebs

Download the lan driver from the website open the archive and install the driver for the onboard 10/100 card.

There is no vista drivers it looks like on ASrock's site, try the XP drivers.

It should check your current BIOS and download the newest one and install it automatically. If that doesn't work for you then you will need to update the BIOS from a bootable floppy disk using the two files found below:
