anything to me. The ul error code means unbalanced load. I can suggest you go to www.applianceaid.com where they have very good trouble shooting and repair information on washing machines and other appliances. I think you'll find what you need there. UL means unbalanced load was detected in your washer. Try to stop the washer and re-distribute the load inside, make sure that they are not any mixed load between heavy cloths (jean, bad sheet,..) with light cloths (T-shirt, shirt,...). After doing that, if the code UL remains then the 4 suspensions need replaced.
F1 code also appears by this issue. The reason is the old firmware of the control board was too sensitive with unbalancing. This is likely a re-call case but Whirlpool does not do that and solve problem by case to case. . Call any WP representative or email to [email protected] and mentioned your WP Cabrio has F1 error code. They will cover this issue and may send you a new part, but you have to pay for labor (some cx argues strongly and it had been waived) - Try your luck
