When running the agitator spins clockwise. The cloths mover spins this way also. I cannot move the cloths mover counterclockwise (by hand). The dogs and thrust spacer have been replaced. I've had this problem simalair to this and it always been the dogs. Could thid be the gear case or could the tub be stuck on the shaft? Also could it be the but that hols the basket in place??

The ***** part of the agitator is supposed to ratchet in the clockwise direction. this is normal. If you can spin it in either direction (turned off) then you need a set of agitator dogs.

Washer tub does not move at all when cycle starts. assuming coupling from drive is broken.
