Have commercial beverage air kegerator that keeps tripping fuses when plugged in, what's wrong

There is 2 kind of compressor location on those beer coolers. I have video of both. Hope that helps.

Breakers trip when current is too high. Usually when unit is ground or shorted. Look for cut or burnt wires everywhere. But could be something with the compressor. Such as shorted internally compressor and bad start components on it.
Start there.
