Hi Ihave a Zennox Camcorder Model :DV5217 .I cant download my video to my Toshiba satellite pro L300 . It keeps saying camera not conneced Ihave fallowed the corect Installing intruction . please help.

you have to go get drivers for your devices for the operating version you are running.. which it can be a pain if you can't go to toshiba and select the driver needed for the OS your installing. you can't just use any driver from any OS.

Select Satellite Pro-->L300-->you have to select one of the models from the list.

Look Scroll Down and It Will Give you a list of chipsets... example : Intel and so on clicjk on the little blue link right under were it say your chipset... Which is most likely intel and go to where it says Regular Download and click it. Should download and run

Go to this page @ Toshiba Support for your model and download and install the Camera Utilty. Even though it says XP/Vista, almost all Vista Drivers will work with W7 Ultimate.

start-control panel-add and remove programs-select the program"vbuzzer" click remove.
