How can i fix Cof30 in my copier minolta ep1085

replace the developer first, if not then get a new ATDC sensor located under the developer unit.

Has the developer been replaced? do not run this auto adjust unless that has been done. 36 mode will get to auto adjust.

Copier is printing dark lines throughout the pages

Mite need to have the drum replace and check the charge corona housing above the drum when you pull the drum unit out.. Also check the fuser unit the hot part.

How to rest toner from black background

If the copy is dirty background first clean the optical parts component,mirror,lamp,charge corona,transfer unit.If it is OK verify the imaging unit developer and drum,if necessary change it.

Wrench symbol on Konica 7115 means what?

PREVENTIVE MAINT. Replace drum, cleaning blade,developer etc. comes as a kit for the technicians to replace, clearing counter without doing things not good machine uses the counters to adjust voltage on certain parts and is the only way it knows new parts installed clear counter and not replace parts causes codes and image problems

Minolta cspro ep1085 need to know if there is a hard drive in this copier

No there is no hard disk drive in the EP1085. This was an analog machine and as such had to provision for PC connectability, printing or scanning. Therefor no hard drive needed or offered.

LOCKOUT. A SERVICETECH CAN RESET IT CHECK THE FUSER
AND GIVE IT A CLEANUP FOR ABOUT 200.00 IF FUSER PARTS ARE NEEDED IT MAY TOTAL 400.00

Problem: Minolta EP2080 copier prints all dark

The base exposure adjustment is out on adjustment, there is an small access cover inside the front door. remove the phillips head screw, and the cover should expose the tech adjust area, in there you should find a trim pot marked EXP. set the exposure to manual center, then adjust the pot until the copies look good.

Copier only copies 90% of sheet in 100% mode

you have to go to service mode to adjust it that's ,technician's job,better looking for a local service provider

After replace the photocopier drum you need perform the F5 Auto Image Density Control.Enter in the service mode:press Stop key - 0 - 0 -Stop key - 0 - 1 and press 1.In the LCD appear E and press 5 and the copy(start) button for perform the F5.Begining place A3 sheet paper in the original glass.To replace the OPC drum clean the optical section(glass,mirrors,lens,sensors) and change the OPC drum cleaning blade.Clean the quenqing lamp and erasure lamp amd the transfer/separator corona unit(holders,wires) and the charge corona unit.
