when I perform a normCDF calculation the answer is always clearly incorrect. For example entering normCDF(-(infinity),16,15,2) gives 0.82467 instead of 0.691

Hello,
I am only looking for a plausible cause of the error, because I do not believe your calculator can make such a mistake. I think you accidentally activated the Exponential display format and did not pay attention to the small, raised -03 that came at the end of the number displayed. It is a common mistake for those not very familiar with Scientific or exponential notation.

Let us try to reset your calculator to the normal (floating point) format.
Press the [MODE] key a number of times until you reach a screen that has FIX, SCI, NORM and under each one a number (FIX 1, SCI 2), Norm 3). To have the number of decimal place you gave in your result (4 decimal digits), you press 1 to select Fix then 4.

Be aware that scientific calculators usually stop displaying results in floating point format ( 0.0000045 ) if the number is smaller then 0.001. So basically, 0.00099 will be displayed as 9.90-04, -04 being raised above the level, and in smaller size.

Hope it helps.

Testimonial: "Thanks so much, its working now:) I thought I was going to have to buy a new calculator!"

How do i do prime numbers on the NEWYES NY-991MS calculator and CTIFREE fx-991ES PLUS calculator?

The NEWYES NY-991MS and CTIFREE fx-991ES PLUS calculators do not have a dedicated "FACT" button like the Casio FX-83GTX. However, you can still find prime numbers on these calculators.
To find prime numbers:
NEWYES NY-991MS:
Press the "MODE" button.
Choose "PRIME" from the list of options.
Enter the desired number and press "=" to check if it's prime.
CTIFREE fx-991ES PLUS:
Press the "MODE" button.
Select "TABLE" or "TABLESET."
Input a starting point and an ending point, then observe the table for prime numbers.
Although the techniques may vary from those used on the Casio FX-83GTX, they prove to be effective for prime number calculations on the designated calculators.

I have Casio Clacuator fx-991MS and it gives wrong answer like

The answer is correct. It is your understanding of priority of operations that is at fault.
As written your expression is calculated as follows
-2/2600 +10+3.
To ensure that an expression is calculated as you want it, enclose parts of it in parentheses. See the screen capture below.

I have a casio fx-991MS, how do i make a superscript of a number using the calculator

I assume you want an exponent. On this calculator you use the ^ key.

For example, enter 3, enter ^, enter 3, = should give you 27.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Good luck.
