There's two Ti 83/ti84 manuals right here at FixYa. All you have to do is click the home tab, and go down to "Manuals, and Guides" and enter in the manual you want, and it will take you right there.
Why not use the manual in the CATALOG, you can even look at your own User-Defined CATALOG.
The CATALOG has a help menu [F1] for additional information, and is the same information in the manual. Another advantage to using the CATALOG is is you can also see descriptions that give clues how how to use it, and can be edited. This is a big advantage in the user CATALOG because, you could never remember everything and that is important information that will be presented to you when you need it.

I don't think it there's one to steal good ideas though.
