How do I replace the belt on a whirlpool duet washer that won't spin
To replace the drive belt on a Whirlpool Duet washer, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the washer and remove the rear panel.
2. Place the drive belt on the drive motor pulley with the ribbed side on the drive motor pulley. Leave a one-groove gap between the belt and the end of the pulley.
3. Take both hands and pull straight up on the belt and place on the drum pulley beginning on the left hand side.
4. Hold the belt firmly in place and slowly turn the pulley to the right while holding the belt in place. The belt will eventually align and hold in place on the drum pulley.
NOTE: This may require some effort to get the belt in place.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Check to see if the drum turns ok, if thats ok take the back off and fit belt to the motor spindle first and push belt on to drum spindle and turn at the same time (like fitting a bike chain) watch your hands

In front of the machine below the door you have a panel. There are 3 torx screws holding it from under. Unscrew and pull panel down & then towars you. You will see the pump assembly right in the centre big black hoses.
You need a pair of pliers & a shop-vac if you have one, or towels & a bucket. Use the pliers to unscrew the pump filter, it is white in colour. When you unscrew this water will begin to leak out; use towels or shop-vac to mop up. Do this till all the water is mopped. Remove the drain trap completely, you will find all sorts of junk, clean out completely & refit carefully, in reverse order.
Hope u appreciate this, u can rate me........

Best Solution is to return it and buy another kind like LG or something

There is indeed a drive belt to the imperial 70. Problem more likely is in the 'wig-wag' unit that engages and disengages the spin clutch and the agitator drive

First check your washer plug to see if the connections are tightly
screwed. Next check your filter if you haven't for long.
Remove
the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the
washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose
there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained
by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and
remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and
water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something
shd be blocking your pump, check this out. Door locked? Press "end of cycle" for 3 seconds, wait for 2 minutes & try the door. F-21 filter blocked.
