This can be the problem of imaging unit, you have replaced the toner still print is light this means you need to replace its opc drum.Most probably its K.Replace it with the new on.Print will be fine.
any stripes are usually caused by imagining unit, first use the tool in front cover to clean laser glasses. inspect IU drums for stripes maybe youll need to change them. is the page coming out ok, but picture is printed crookedly ?
