I could'nt access my fingerprint(acer aspire-5738) eventhough i hd installed d drivers frm d drivers cd.... i want 2 knw d reason...plzzzzzzzzzzz immediately

Unplug external USB devices and wait for sometime,now reset our machine and access in safe mode, run Reginout Scan.

Go to device manager if u see a yellow exclamation on the finger print adapter follow the code
