Tried Reset Ram it works for a few minutes and then same issue occurs. Is there anything else to try?

Hello,
Clear the screen. Reset RAM :[2nd][MEM][7:Reset][All ram] [2:Yes] Ram cleared is displayed. [Clear] the screen.

Start by identifying your calculator and by listing the apps and third-party programs and games that are stored in it. Describe a bit more what you call "random" lines. They may have a pattern. If possible, take a screen capture of calculator via TIConnect software, save it in in jpeg or png format and paste it in your comment.

Display shows lines and color not displayed properly

A line vertically down the screen (usually bright green) is a failed column strobe. This can be caused by the connections at the top of the screen failing or the strobe chip starting to die.

Random colours can be caused by a cracked screen or a failed video card.

Best to take it to a repair shop for it to be assessed.

Lines on my display screen too.

More than likely you will need to replace the LCD screen. When it got wet, it probably damaged the LCD screen. Usually it justs blows them completely out.

A new LCD screen runs about 15 dollars shipped from ebay

.

The W580i LCD is extremely easy to replace. Probably one of the easiest I have ever done.

I have the horizontal line problem but I do get that random black screen issue. I called xbox support and they told me to change the settiong to 1080i (found under console settings/Display), so far I haven't had any issues.I don't have the horizontal line problem but I do get that random black screen issue. Vertical lines

IF the area of the OSD (on screen display) displays the same vertical blue lines as the rest of the screen, then it is most likely the optical block assembly at fault. It's part number is A1606006A and should cost close to $2,000. I'm assuming the set is out of warranty. I know many people are hooked on Sonys, but as a technican that works on them, I wouldn't want one in my home.
