Verizon and Sprint customers have less than a week to claim their refunds for unauthorized charges on their bills. The two wireless carriers settled with the FTC after allowing third-party companies to charge customers for "premium" text messages without their prior consent -- and allegedly burying them in bills. Verizon (VZA) says refund amounts may be lower than expected depending on the total number of claims filed. The company also says it may not send out refunds if the total amount due is $3.00 or less.

You are going to have to take it into the sprint store, passwords aren't easy to bypass, that's why they are there.

she can go to sprint.com/picturemail and click forgot password and it will send her the password for the picturemail account

you will have to enter the password incorrectly about 10x for it to reset but you will lost all data on the phone.

Call the Sprint Store, and give them your security code and they should give you a new password so that you can reset it.

I am not a big fan of sprint and definitely hate calling them but, when I forgot my password, I was able to take it to a local store and they unlocked it. but they could not tell me what the password was..

As long as you know your security code you can retreive your lock code. On the Lotus dial ##3282# scroll down to Advanced, choose View, then scroll down to option 5 which should be the Lock Code and select it. You will need to enter your security code here which typically is 6 zeros.
