Usually, all you have to do is call your cell phone number and then you will be prompted to set up your voicemail out-going message, etc

If you are unsure, the best thing to do is, on a secondary phone that is not your cell phone that you want to set up the voicemail, call your cellular service customer support number. This number might be on your cellular bill. They can help walk you through setting it up step by step since each type of phone and phone service is different.

You'll have to contact Sprint for this number. It is unique per phone. You may also log on to your Sprint account and imput the MEID. It may tell you what the MSL code is. It is a 6 digit number.

Are you using a Sprint Evo with this software 3.70.651.1.
I am not able to stream shows on my Sprint Evo phone

Sprint released a 3.70.651.1 update to EVO phones which has caused some streaming problems with the Bitbop application.

This is easily fixed with Sprint's assistance.

If you call Sprint customer service (from a phone other than your EVO) they will walk you through the steps to reconfigure the handset properly.

Sprint's phone number is: 1-877-639-8351.

Try and make a call out; if that works, then contact Sprint directly, as there must be some sort of issue on their end about not having your number configured correctly.
If you can't call out or get calls, check to make sure you have signal (duh). Next, turn off your phone and make sure that your SIM card is inserted correctly by removing the cover to the battery compartment of your phone and looking for a card that looks like this: If you can't find one of these in the phone, check your original packaging for such a card; it must be inserted correctly in order for the phone to do anything. (This card essentially tells the phone what phone number it needs to listen to and on what network; without it, it has no idea what to do.) If you can't find a card, contact Sprint and they will send you a new one for free/cheap.
If both of those fail, either (a) you have a defective phone, or (b) Sprint hasn't activated your phone. In either case, you'll need to contact someone from Sprint about the problem. I suggest going to your local Sprint store and asking them for help; usually you can get things done a lot faster in person. If you can't do that, try contacting Sprint directly.

SPRINT DOESNT USE SIM CARDS ON THEIR PHONES THEY ARE CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) AND IS NOT GSM LIKE ATT AND TMOBILE, YOU NEED TO CALL SPRINT AND PHONE SWAP THE ESN (ELECTRONIC SERIAL NUMBER) NUMBER UNDER THE BATERRY AND GIVE THE ESN TO SPRINT.

When the new person takes over the phone, they put their new sim card in which contains the new phone number. That will then change any phone number currently in the device.

just call sprint and tell the rep you need to reactivate your old phone. (charge it before calling)
