The LED above the Ice Off icon should be lit when the icemaker is disabled. It should be off when you want ice from the icemaker. To toggle the setting, press and hold the Ice Off touch pad for 3+ seconds. This is shown in the manual for the FPHF2399MF2 on page 14. Sears Parts Direct has the manual here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/manual/234cu4elin-001428/frigidaire-fphf2399mf2-bottom-mount-refrigerator .

I hope this helps.

SOURCE: won't make ice

Have you changed your water filter lately. On many side by sides there are built in water filters that will slowly stop making ice and giving water because the filter is in need of changing...if this is not the problem write back and I will walk you through the other possibilities...

SOURCE: Ice build up on floor of freezer. can't figure where it is coming from. There is not a drain on bottom panel. Any suggestiuons? Frigidaire model no AFU2067BWL2

I know that your freezer shows a drain in its floor but there is also a drain behind the rear wall and at the bottom of a tray that collects the water during defrost and is surposed to drain that water that comes during defrost and then drains to a pan below the refrigerator and next to compressor. The solution will be to clean out this drain that is hidden from site behind the rear wall. I am pretty sure you are having a defrost drain blockage problem. Most defrost every eight hours and over a period of time the drain line that comes down from freezer into a cup like object top middle and back of the fresh food section. If blocked by gunk or ice you will see trails of liquid leaking down the rear wall of fresh food compartment until it reaches the crisper drawers. This is not always the same with every model as you may see frozen ice flowing down ther rear wall of freezers on side by sides. Here is an example Click here=> Whirlpool Leak Photo taken by TechnicianBrian He has been around a good bit and deserves credit for his contributions. Here is another way to make this look more si mple in clip below. TechnicianBrian.com And in this photo are several parts listed in photo group #1 were it is most likely running down the wall=> MagicChef CTB1921AR fresh food section. If you still have questions please ask and rate me if I was able to explain this well enough. Every refrigerator is made different so these are examples only. The key is to find if ice or just gunk has blocked you defrost drain. Unplug and then remove the rear panel in back of freezer. We need to see if the water is overflowing the condensate drain tray or if the blockage is in the turn the drain leads down back of your refrigerator. Much more on this page=> Leaking Refrigerators! This is a common tip so I will be placing this post and add as we go new ideas listed in Sea Breeze Tips Section. If you run into any problems along the way of repair please let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Frigidaire professional series dishwasher model no. PLD4375RFCO Display lights won't work

Does this mean the dishwasher doesn’t work at all or just the display lights? Remember the switch on the wall turns the dishwasher on and off. That could be the only problem !!

Why would the LED indicator light illuminate for the water and crushed options, but not for the Ice option. The icemaker is working and dispensing ice.

I appreciate your post, Cindy!
From what you have described your LED indicator will light for water and crushed option but not for the ice option on your Frigidaire refrigerator. This could be a possible issue with the light on your display. Unfortunately you are unable to change out the light and the whole display would need to be exchanged. If you need assistance replacing the board I would recommend seeking help from a professional technician. -Matt

Model PHSC39EESSO. Why are water and ice not lighting up or working?

Thank you for your inquiry, Rick!
I understand that the water and ice on your Frigidaire refrigerator is not lighting up or working properly. This could be a possible issue with your control panel or dispenser. I would recommend performing a reset on your refrigerator and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for at least ten minutes. If that does not correct your issue you may need to disassemble your refrigerator and test each component to assure proper replacement of parts. I would suggest having a professional technician out to disassemble your refrigerator. Hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Model E402b. Why is the alarm going off?

Fridge keeps beeping or buzzing: The following is for Frigidaire models but others can be addressed similarly.

Several Frigidaire refrigerator models have an electronic control panel on the freezer door the owner can use to adjust the internal temperature, dispense ice and water and receive notification about issues such as the need to replace a water filter. The refrigerators also emit a beep for various actions and as an occasional alarm. Determining what causes the beeps necessitates some troubleshooting.
Temperature Controls ·A Frigidaire refrigerator's display panel blinks when the control panel is touched to set temperature controls. After pressing "Freezer Temp" or "Refrigerator Temp" on the keypad, press the arrow buttons within five seconds to increase or decrease the desired temperature. If you do not press the arrow buttons within five seconds after pressing "Freezer Temp" or "Refrigerator Temp" on the keypad, the refrigerator beeps to indicate the current setting will stay in place.

Door Open ·When you leave the refrigerator or freezer door open, the refrigerator beeps. Also, the "Door Ajar" indicator illuminates on the appliance's display panel. Shutting the door and pressing "Alarm Reset" stops the beeping and turns off the "Door Ajar" indicator light.
·The Frigidaire refrigerator has a control lock feature that prevents use of its control panel or dispensers when the unit is locked. When the control lock is active, a beep sounds when a keypad or dispenser is pressed. Release the control lock by pressing the "Control Lock" icon for three seconds. A beep will sound, and the icon's light will go out.
Power Reset ·A power reset is occasionally necessary if the Frigidaire refrigerator's control panel does not work normally or a reset function on the keypad does not work. A power reset involves disconnecting power to the refrigerator by unplugging its power cord from the electrical outlet, waiting 30 seconds and plugging the power cord back into the electrical outlet. When the control panel resets, a beep sounds. If the refrigerator beeps even after a power reset and the beeps' source is not known, contact Frigidaire.

I have a side by side frigidaire model PHS68EJSB0 and the display panel that shows the freeser and refrigerator temperature is not working and is not lighting up . also there is a beep every few seco

Sounds like a repair tech needs to diagnose the control board for a replacement. Make sure the temperatures inside are not increasing so you don't lose food items.

Where is the reset button for the ice and water after you have changed the filter

On models with a Filter Status or Filter Reset light/button, it is part of the water/ice dispenser panel. The button will be just above the light (usually to the left of the other buttons). Press and hold the button for at least 10-15 seconds until the green, amber and red lights flash.

Other models just use a sticker that should be placed on the front of the filter cup.

I hope this helps.

Filter light status

Please verify the model number for your fridge, as the description shows a Frigidare 24" dishwasher.

With the model number and you providing the different buttons on the front panel, I can provide you with the button sequence to push and hold to reset the filter light.

While waiting for the needed info for an exact solution, you can try this:
If you have a "light" and "lock" button, push and hold them together for several seconds, the filter light should go off or change back to green.

If not, please provide me with the brand and model number for your fridge so I can give you the correct procedure for resetting the indicator light, by responding back with a "comment".

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!
