Hi
please check the instructions booklet or Google the manual to see if there is a reset option. it normally comes down to taking out power source and reinstalling it or holding function button for 10 seconds

  • Cornelia Miller Rutherford

I have the same problem with my food scale. It was working just fine and then, during the same preparation activity, it started showing 888.88 and then OVERLOAD. Tried new batteries. Removing the batteries and letting it sit for 15 in. The reset doesn't reset. (Pull batteries and put paperclip into reset hole on back) The scale is less than 2 yrs old but my 22 yr old manual scale still manages to function. Any ideas on what to do next?

SOURCE: conair scale ww36gd err reading

I have a WW36DG digital scale and most of the instructions are the same, so far as I can see. When you tap on the scale, 888.888 appears. It is just seting itself. If you step on the scale before it reads 00.0 it wil give you a Err signal. If you stepped on the scale after it read 00.0, and an Err signal appears, either your battery is very low or it is malfunctioning. it does have a 10 year warranty on it. For the person wanting to set the scale, here are the directions. Good luck.

flash).
2. Wait for "0.0" to appear in display window.

located below the display.

SOURCE: weight watcher scale not calibrating weight correctly

Press the scale once with your foot. All screen options should display to initialize and then go to 0.0. Now step on the scale. It should read out your correct weight. If not, first remove and replace the battery for reset. If still not, replace the battery. If still not it's ready for return or replacement. Hope it works! Dave - CA

BT Weight Watchers scale, model WW941R, help please!

It is possible to switch the weight measurement on a BlueTooth Weight Watchers scale, Model WW941R, from kilograms to pounds through the use of the Weight Watchers app. To do this, follow these steps:

Download and install the Weight Watchers app on your smartphone or tablet.
Open the app and sign in to your Weight Watchers account.
Tap on the menu icon in the top left corner of the app.
Tap on "My Account" and then tap on "My Devices."
Select your BlueTooth scale from the list of devices.
Tap on "Device Settings" and then tap on "Units of Measurement."
Select "Pounds" as the unit of measurement.
As for the BT name, it is possible that the BlueTooth name of your scale is "WW941R." You can try searching for this name when pairing your scale with the Weight Watchers app or another BlueTooth device. If the name is not displayed or if you are unable to pair the scale, it is recommended to consult the user manual for your specific scale model or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

You say, that: "I have two Weight Watcher scales, model WW11D."

Can I have three guesses where you purchased them???
Do they come with any sort of warranty?

Their weight is inaccurate as compared to the official scales when you weigh yourself at the Weight Watchers meeting.

Are the people running the Weight Watchers meetings absolutely and totally unable to provide an answer regarding these scales?

Weight Watchers bathroom scale, Model WW60X

I got it! Press "set". You should see "start goal" in the bottom right. Press the user # you want to save as and press "set" again. The display will blink then display "0.0". Step on the scale to get your current weight. Once it's read you current weight, press "set". A goal weight will display. Press "User 1" to make your goal weight go up and "User 2" to make it go down. Press "set" when the display shows your goal weight. That's it. Now all you have to do is press your user # and wait for "0.0" to display before stepping on the scale.
