not true that is a Toshiba JAPAN part
not China, learn to do your own research

the china direct parts are fake. ok. fake.
that is what they do. sell useless , remarked or reject parts, avoid china direct.
also learn to google, first for sources close to you ,where ever you might be, legit sources

Try searching again using Google, using BT 9843, but when you look down the results ignore the two letters and see if you can find an IC which is the same numbers, even if it has different letters on the front. Those letters could be just the makers letters, with the device made by different makers.

Hello: Seems your convergence IC's have failed. These are two large IC on the Main Powersupply board. Have both replaced as a preventive measure.
If you are good at unsoldering and soldering componet IC's then yes you can do this yourself.
The IC are STK-392-110 but use 120's instead.
