Have to pull off the front face and panels access from the front of machine

You really need a volt / ohm meter to check for Continuity & Volts Its well worth the investment... $15.00 bucks give or take a few I would check to see if you have 220v to back of dryer where the cord mounts to dryer, If dryer is getting only 1 leg 110 volts instead of the 220 will it not heat. Check themostates & heater for Continuity... Most models, Now have a.. Hi-limit fuses that need to be checked for Continuity

SOURCE: Dryer wont start.

can you hear the motor or does the unit humm or vibrate when it is turned on
if yes then have a look at the belt
if not it's time sor a service call

It is no longer part number 8066065...It is now a Part number 341241.

My malleys heavy duty 1050 wont tumble.

I could not find much info on your dryer, but there is probably a belt that goes from the motor and wraps around the drum. If the drum is not rotating, the belt may be broken.

Kenmore Heavy Duty Plus Dryer 86273100 drum won't spin

How could the belt be in working order if the drum doesn't spin? Check to see if the belt has come off the motor. If the motor runs but your dryer doesn't spin, the belt is off. If the motor runs with the belt on but it still won't spin then you'll have a lot of black smoke because your drum is jammed. In other words, there are a number of things that could be wrong, but not very many.
