I know its not the main board as I already replaced. I believe its the led strips but am not a tv repair pro.
Hi Jennifer Freeman, for what you say, your TLC TV, the backlight is wrong, one or more LEDs have burned, so the LCD panel does not light up
To make a correct repair, you must change all the LED strips, so that the same fault does not happen again in a short time
If you do not have technical knowledge to disassemble, I recommend you look for a specialized technical service

Hola Jennifer Freeman, por lo que comentas, tu TV TLC, tiene mal la iluminacion trasera, uno o mas LEDs se han quemado, por eso no se ilumina el panel LCD
Para hacer una correcta reparacion, deberas cambiar la totalidad de las tiras de LEDs, para que no vuelva a ocurrir la misma falla en poco tiempo
Si no tienes conocimientos tecnicos como para hacer el desmontaje , te recomiendo busques un servicio tecnico especializado

It's not led problem it's got to do with either the mainboard or power board. Its complicated as it needs to be stripped apart and each power source will be checked and visible damage of capacitors so it will require safe handling as electricity in TVs can be very dangerous.

T'Con board fault. With most modern models of Samsung LCD sets, this board is a built in part of the display panel. If it is a separate part (in case of your set); replace it. Check it out.
