Message states I need to upgrade to watch sky go yet I am a sky customer

'Recording Unavailable', normally happens when there is no space left on the hard drive. If it won't play back sounds like you need to Contact Sky direct via phone and get the box replaced.

disconnect all leads going to your sky box and leave off for 10--15 minutes then with power unplugged reconnect all other cables then connect power cable and turn on sky box if this does not work contact sky for a service call.

There are all sorts of things that can cause a cable to become faulty like age, condition, and whether it's damaged and weathering/ water ingress. To fix- A new coaxial cable or two new coaxial cables may need to be installed for Sky+ boxes and Sky Q boxes.

Hi sounds like the remote may be in the wrong mode , you can scan channels into the sky box or the TV/combo.
Make sure you are scanning them into the box not the combo.

Tata HD has clearer picture as it has high definition technology while Tata sky just has standard definition .

The service provider must be contacted to rectify the signal to your Xbox.
There cannot be any signal drop to many users unless there is a fault in the system.
So best option is a valid customer call to Sky.

You will need a DVD player with an optical output, as the sky engineer said. A Co-axial S/PDIF output could also work if your surround sound has that input, however not all units transmit surround encoded sound through the Co-Axial output. Only option really is to upgrade if that doesn't work
