If that link doesn't work then the Home Depot site does tell you how to get the instructions.
Just go to the site and do a search for Defiant 49814. When it comes up scroll down until you see a section that says "Info and Guides". It is currently on the right hand side in a box. Click on the "Instructions / Assembly" link, that gives you a printable copy of the instructions that came with the switch
