You need to figure out why it wasn't balanced properly. Was it not sitting on the stand correctly? Have you attached things to it (like a screen to reduce glare) that might make it heavier on one side / front / back?
If it is definitely heavier at one side (or at the front or back), you might consider propping it up with a few large books - dictionaries are good. Or if you have a desk with a strong frame, you could attach it to the frame with a few bungee cords, stretched in various directions so that there's no single direction of force working on the monitor.

Yes, we bought 3 of these frames and NONE OF THEM DO NOT WORK! They all have a problem with the the display fading in the quality of picture. I do NOT recommend anyone buying this product.
Once you have the box connected with the usb cable to the computer, you have to tilt it towards connect to pc. You might have to do this a couple of times the picture on the display should change to a usb cable. Now if you go to my computer you will see where it says pan digital. Here is where you can add the pictures. I just did add pictures. If you want the pictures in a certain order you will have to name them otherwise there are displayed in alphabetical order. I found this after I loaded everything and wanted them in a specific order. Right now I am trying to add sound. I see that there is a speaker but not sure how to add sound.
