Paper jam --samsung SCX-4828FN

This could be related to a paper jam or a problem with the paper full sensor not moving freely. Turn off and unplug the printer. Remove the paper in the output tray. Check for a paper jam at the output. Look for anything blocking the sensor on the left side (or center) of the output tray. This sensor is a little plastic flag that should move freely as paper flows into the output tray. (This will be on the roller at the exit of the paper flow path at the output tray.) Try flipping it gently with a finger. If it is stuck, try to loosen the sensor; you may be able to clear the problem using canned air. Note: the flag can break if too much force is used. If the flag remains stuck or is broken then the printer requires repair. If the SCX-4828fn is out of warranty, decide if it is worth repairing. If it is less than a year old, contact the manufacturer.

seems as if the motor responsible for taking in the paper has stopped working and may need to be replaced

First remove the toner cartridge.
Move manually the gear of the toner cartridge (big gear) forward and place the cartridge in your printer and try again.

Looks like just opening the lower front door and pull out the toner is all that is required

1. You have to clear paper feed roller
- to do this just follow simple steps:
- open fron cover
- remove toner cartridge
- use wet cloth (water or alcohol) to clear rubber feeder
- put toner cartridge back
- close front door

2. If the problem persist - chek all paper path sensors for lack of moving.

open the front door and take the cartrige out.
if it jams at the black roller. you must clean the pickup roller.
you will see it at the back of the unit in the center.

open the back door,see where paper jam,could be wrapped around fuser.if no jam,fuser or output sensor faulty.

turn off the printer
Unplug it
open the paper jam door and gently push the paper roller forward until it clicks.
close the door
wait a few minutes
plug the printer back in
turn it on and see what happens.
