You have a printer fault. Make sure the printer is clear of paper. Try removing the ink roller. Turn off and on. If it doesn't run, have it checked by a dealer

SOURCE: cash register showing E94

Hi. It has a printer fault. Make sure there is nothing stuck in it. If the printer spins at turn on then it is probably an electrical problem and you need to take it to a dealer.

I personally don't know. But try this. Go to the casio site probably www.casio.com, and try to download a manual, or google casio(use model number)+manual . no spaces in the search. Most times I have had good luck with this method. It works with older faxes, phones, etc. good luck

Sir good evening i have cash regester casio 160cr.Error code is e94 pls help how i can run my cash regester thanks.

I suggest you to reset your equipment. Here is how:
Remove AA batteries and unplug register from wall for 15 minutes.

Two more options;
Option #1:
To print the transaction details before clearing the journal memory:

VERY IMPORTANT: Do not interrupt once printing begins or the journal will not be cleared.

1. Make sure the paper is full in the register.
2. Turn to Z mode.
3. Hit the RC key until the screen displays "E94".
4. Hit Cash Amount Tender.

Once the printing is completed, the journal is cleared and the register is ready for use.

Option #2:
To clear the journal memory WITHOUT printing the transaction details:

1. Turn to Z mode
2. Hit RC key until the screen displays "E94 Clear"
3. Hit Cash Amount Tender

E94 error message???

Wow. I'm really getting the uninformative questions today. I'm going to wear my mind reader's hat and guess that you have some sort of Casio cash register. in that case, E94 refers to a printer jam or failure. Check the printer for fouling.

We have an error showing - E94 and we cannot get any keys to ring or open the cash drawer. How can I fix this?

This sounds like a Casio. E94 refers to printer failure. Check to make sure their is nothing jamming the printer. Remove the paper/ ink cartridge etc, then turn off at wall. Turn key to REG. Turn on at wall
