SOURCE: change blade
depending on how new the saw is there are only 2 ways to change out the blade. the older saws have a allen head screw that you must loosen or remove to take te blade off. this screw is located on the shaft at the top of the blade. shed some light on it and look for a slot above the guide.the screw will be either on the right side or the left side. Newer models will have a quick release on one side or the other,it will look like a little lever, you just flip it out with your thumb the old blade drops out then you install the new blade flip it back and your back in business.
