http://www.theusermanualsite.com/manuals/mfg/motorola/motorola_twoway_radio_product_list_4.html

You will find the manual here. The radio is part of the 280 series radios, so there is a general manual on all in that series.

TalkAbout MR350 not hear Talk About MD200

Check your CODE settings. From your description you likely have the CODE set to a different number on the MR350 than the MD200. I would guess the MD200 is set to zero since you can hear the MR350 when it transmits. Set your codes to match one another, and turn off any special features such as call alert or Qt filtering.
Ordinarily I would post links to the user guides, but FixYa seems to be having a problem with this feature today. If you need the user guides visit giantintl dot com website.

Problems setting the Interference eliminator code for a Motorola MR350 Talkabout

Holding in the MENU a long press will turn the LOCK on or off. You will need the menu unlocked for the following...

However, if you press the MENU button repeatedly, not holding it in a long press, you will walk through all the menu items, and there you will see when the CODE number begin to flash. You will also see setting for other features as you walk though the menu. Refer to your manual for these settings.

Motorola talkabout MR350 headset only sends audio and can not recieve

Likely not compatible. One thing to try is to make certain the transmitting unit is turned OFF when you initially plug in the headset. Sometimes if a headset is plugged into a radio when it is already ON, the headset will appear to be in VOX (voice activated) mode and will not allow the user to receive. Also, if this headset has an inline PTT, it may not be compatible with the radio and you would need to use the PTT on the radio.

If this doesn't work, you would need to use the TalkAbout headset designed for the MR350.

Best regards.

How do you disable the VOX setting on a Talkabout MR350 2 way radios. I wan to use it with a headset, but do not want VOX on.

Here is a link to the user guide: http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/MR350-351%20User%20Guide%2012-16-08%20KEM-PK14190-90.pdf You will find the instructions for VOX and iVOX on the bottom of page one, and at the beginning of page 2.

Be certain when plugging in your audio accessory that the radio is turned off. If the radio is left on inadvertently, you would have no control over the VOX settings, it would immediately be in a confused VOX mode.

Also, with most Motorola radios, if VOX begins to occur, turn off the radio, and then re-insert the audio device plug. And in some instances, pressing the PTT on the radio when you are having a VOX occurrence will put the radio back to push-to-talk status.

Best regards.

I can't find a download for the Motorola Talkabout 250 manual

Grasp the black bottom sides of the radio and tug it hard. No screws to loosen. The bottom slides off. The battery placement will be in there.
