How do I put my Magnavox 130 42mf 438b/f7 from retail to home mode

Magnavox MDR537H/F7 HDD/DVD Recorder (Black) 2012 mgr. date. connect to what how.
its just a recorder, but has
ATSC Tuner can record when away from home
the TV it connects to< does not like the high 1089P resolution of this recorder in play back.
the only way to fix that is change resolution lower (poorer) on the Mag box.
found it in your manual page 18 pdf.

This should be in your menu under Display Settings

This TV can't accept PAL signals. It is meant to work with ATSC only.

When I turned on my TV today all I have is one small picture in the upper left hand corner and it says its in retail mode cannot seem to get it back to normal.

any magnavox controler will work just put in some good batteries . lots retail wholesale stores like walmart carries magnavox tv remotes but make sure its a magnavox.
