I would say that something is getting hot in the electronics and causing it to shut down.
Casio should be able to supply you with a list of authorised service agents in your area. So visit there website.

If power supply is not original and time of shut off depends on speakers volume I suspect power supply has no enough power. If it is all original then problem may be in power management switching off

What a surprise! This is not unusual. If you drive these hard they do tend to shut down. If you are not driving it hard and are not running into clipping there is obviously a fault and it will have to go back to Behringer.

The internal board is gone. You need to get it replaced, although may be cheaper to buy new PA Speakers.

It's shutting down automatically due to heat peaking. You need to turn off until you are ready to use it.

That time lag would indicate a thermal problem.

Likely the power supply is a switching type that has some three terminal regulators after it such as 7805, 7815, 7915.

These have thermal protection in them and one may be shutting down.

Use circuit cooler to isolate the part that is shutting down.

Replace the batteries and get an AC adapter for it! These do NOT work when voltage os too low.

You don't tell us what model unit it is. If all the lights go out on it, suspect the power supply or power connections.
