Konica Minolta (bizhub283): 1st tray is not detecting and try light is working without blink. all the other trays and the bypass tray work fine.

Once you have the message, try removing the paper from the bypass tray, then introducing it again. Alternatively, leave the tray empty then send the data, when it asks for paper, introduce your 11 x 7, and it should work.

C 0202 - 1 st tray lift up failured.
Remove the 1 st tray,in the right side located 1 screw and in copier is a paper when blocated the tray lift gear.Remove the misfed paper and push in the tray ,open and closed the right door and the copier must be ready.
C 0204 - 2nd tray
C 0206 - 3 rd tray
C 0208 - 4th tray
C 0211 - bypass tray

Is the thick 4 11 x 81/2? take the paper off the bypass tray, first send the job to the copier selecting the bypass tray the copier is going to beep telling you replenish paper in the bypass when you place the paper in the bypass make you follow the orientation of the paper on the copier screen.Might also want o replace the bypass tray roller set. If the Plain paper through Thick 3 work then you did not need to replace the main board. Are trying to duplex the paper????? When it jams where does the paper stop??

Someone has told the machine to either make a copy or print from a PC to the Bypass feed tray on the copier. If you are not trying to print something by using the bypass tray then just turn the machine off, then on again to clear the request from the copier. If you are trying to print or copy from the bypass tray then simply insert the correct paper size and direction into the bypass tray slot and the machine should automatically begin printing.

you may have to under configure in your print driver go to acquire settings and that should update the driver so you can use all 4 trays

When you install paper in bypass tray you must touch the bypass button and tell it what size paper and type of paper you are using or it will jam everytime, let me know if this helps, e-mail me at [email protected]

look behind the tray for paper....
if not do the folowning
power machine off from main switch sould be on the side or open the front door it;s on bottom left side.hold down the utility botton while powering on keep holdin untel prompted with message ...TROUBLE RESET press it should say ok than powr machine off wait 20sec power back on
