How can I lock my hardliner mini safe with my code it gives me the green light but it doesn't lock the safe at all please assist and advise accordingly. Regards Sran

inside the safe door near the hinges there is a red button. Push it and the "proceed" light on the top right of the keypad will come on. enter your new code and "A". That's all.

Hi,

If you are using the key, you don't need to enter a code. To open with the key only, please do the following:

1. Remove the key lock cover located beneath the digital keypad.

2. Insert one of the Emergency Override keys (2 included) into the bypass lock and turn to the left.
3. Pull the handle up and pull open the safe door.

I apologise if I have misunderstood the question. If you are unable to open the safe using either the key OR the code rather than the key AND the code, please post back and I will try to assist you further.
