SOURCE: Senco sn2 air leak around out top only when the trigger is pulled
There is a cracked seal on the firing valve. It looks like it cant be replaced but it can. Look in your parts breakdown .It seals the firing valve to the cylinder
SOURCE: Senco 601 nailer shoots 2 nails each time the trigger is pulled.
the 601 had a design flaw, in the nose, where the nails hit as the are being pushed forward, the peice was made out of a peice of metal that was too soft, it wore down and that is where you get the double nail problem.
Senco offered a trade in, this was years ago, for a limited time and gave us credit towards new guns, which we gladly did
SOURCE: SENCO Framing nailer suddenly decided not to fire.
I would advise you to use only genuine Senco O rings and seals,,the ones sold on Ebay are frequently not exactly what your nailer requires,,,they are generally lower quality to boot!
