It all depends on the tablet make, for MS Surface you press the volume down and windows button simultaneously and it will capture you screen display and place it in the screenshot folder.

when you take a picture, on the screen you have a button on the lower left side of the screen. That is who change the view.

unplug charger and remove main battery, press power button and hold for 30 seconds and release, let laptop sit for 5 minutes, reseat battery and plug in charger and press power, a long shot.
