PPRH5 ???
its not a computer so moved you .
like all things , that use batteries,
check that battery terminals inside for corrosion
then load test the batteries.
so how old is it
when it last run ok.
or replace the batteries.
to charge the battery turn the inverter switch off page 6 in your manual.
if you don't know how test the batteries with a load tester
find a shop that can,
or buy new batteries, (test or buy , 2 choices)
Hi I’m having the same problem with this jump box and compressor. I don’t have the original charger to it. The alternate way to charge it is suppose to be with a extension cord directly to the plug in port that’s used for electric that’s not working. Using batteries to charge this particular box is not an option to my knowledge it’s a STANLEY RHINO 500W JUMP BOX AND COMPRESSOR
HELP???????

SOURCE: how long does charge last for a stanley portable power station
It depends entirely on what you are using it for. If you are talking how long will it hold a charge on the shelf with nothing hooked to it, weeks if not months, but I would charge it once a month to be sure.

SOURCE: How can I tell when my stanley 450 amp instant starting power station is fully charged?
I would suspect that the internal battery has reached the end of its life. Surely there is a green light to indicate when it is charged?
