SOURCE: How to change blade on 10" Craftsman table saw?
you need to grab the blade with something.maybe some pliers(if you are not going to refurbish blade) and loosen the nut in the center of the blade. i think it is a left hand thread(cw to loosen) because of the rotation of the blade. if the nut is on the left when looking from the front it is probably left handed. make sure it's unplugged and wear leather gloves so you don't get cut. install in reverse...

What I would try is to spray some WD40 on the pin first and then see if you can find a small screwdriver or punch and try pushing the pin in further to release the broken blade. It doesn't sound as though it is anything major, maybe a burr on the side of the pin or possibly rust or debris. DON"T hit the pin because you might damage it or push it in and never get it back out. Looked at a diagram and it appears that they used roll pins to hold the clamp in place so it might be that one is cracked or mushroomed and you might have to drive them out. I suggest that you go to Searspartsdirect.com and type in your model number to look at the same diagram.

The pin is probably stuck in the blade. This happens from time to time after they get dirty. Take some WD-40 or some other type of penetrating oil and spray a little in the blade holder while working the release lever. It will probably free right up.
